After graduating from UC Berkeley, where he served as student body president, Mark Yablonovich attended Harvard Law School. He worked at several premiere international firms before co-founding one of the top class action firms in California. Mark believes strongly in leveling the playing field and fighting for the rights of individuals against large, high-profile defendants who so often attempt to trample on their basic rights.
In his free time, Mark enjoys meditation, travel and film.
After a two-year clerkship in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Mónica Balderrama began her law practice at a boutique business litigation firm, rapidly acquiring substantial litigation experience, including jury trials and arbitrations. Mónica subsequently joined a law firm where she remained for fifteen years as one of the managing partners overseeing complex litigation, supervising attorneys and staff, and helping the firm grow into one of the largest plaintiffs-side class action law firms in California. Mónica currently manages the Law Offices of Mark Yablonovich’s wage-and-hour cases throughout California, both in federal and state courts. Mónica has been on the legal team in ten jury trials, including two class action jury trials, and numerous arbitration trials.
Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, stepson, siblings, and 26 nieces and nephews.
After growing up in his small hometown in Nevada, Tony graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. In law school, Tony merited honors in complex litigation, legal research and writing, mediation skills, negotiations, evidence advocacy, and more.
Tony has dedicated his career to helping others and has successfully litigated many complex cases such as class actions and representative actions. He has been instrumental in the recovery of tens of millions of dollars in his clients’ cases. These large settlements have attracted media attention and a great deal of respect amongst his colleagues.
In his free time, Tony teaches law at the University of San Diego School of Law and enjoys running and weightlifting, volunteering, healthy cooking, and DIY home improvement projects.
Aarika began her career with the Law Offices of Mark Yablonovich in 2013 as a legal assistant. During her time at LOMY, she has offered her extensive knowledge of the administrative and secretarial procedures in a legal environment, to assist the team in providing excellent legal services.
